Tax refund counter on second floor of mezzanine. You can also find your typical high end stores like Prada, Chanel, LV etc and other stores like Zara, H&M and Uniqlo. Although do visit this Uniqlo if you're a fan - it's 11 stories high and the flagship store of this illustrious Japanese brand, so to speak.

The Isetan Food Court has been my new found best friend in Japan. You can find anything and everything food wise - if you're stuck for ideas for food, you definitely won't be if you visit Isetan.
